Why You Choose To Stay Fat is the third in a three part series by Dr. Matthew Anderson discussing the role of your subconscious in keeping you fat. Try reading all three of the articles with an open mind. I know that I really resisted all of them as I read them the first time, and it took several readings before I acknowledged that at least some part of what he was saying was true for me. He includes several exercises as well, which seem as though they will be really helpful at pinpointing my motivation for self sabotage, although I haven't sat down and really done these for myself yet. Interesting to be sure and definitely thought provoking.
