NaBloPoMo, Day 18 - I have nothing

Saturday afternoon. I'm getting ready to go to my Gentle Yoga class and that's a good thing. I need to come up with a Top Five for today and I'll be back to put that up later this afternoon.

UPDATED LATER: I still can't think of a Top Five list. I will say that, while yoga was better this week than the last time I went, I still got the fidgets several times and just couldn't seem to quiet my body or mind for more than a few minutes at a time. I suppose it's just like building my fitness, though: patience and persevere.
