What I'm willing to do / Making changes

So it's not exactly the day after my last post, but at least I'm back, right? Here's what I'm willing to commit to in order to start making positive changes in my life: I will get at least 30 minutes of exercise, 5 days a week. I'm off to a good start, having taken 30 minute walks on each of the first three days of this week. I have my biking stuff with me so I could go to the gym at work and do a 30 minute bike workout, but I'm not sure about that yet. I know it's a super small step but it's a step in the right direction and for now that's going to have to be enough.
